Dodajte isprane i  seckane  kapare, paradajz isečen na kockice i kuvajte još 10 minuta, uz  povremeno  mešanje. Makarone skuvajte samo do pola u ključaloj slanoj  vodi,  ocedite, prelijte pripremljenim povrćem i energično promešajte da  se svi  sastojci sjedine. Mocarelu iseckajte na kockice, pomešajte sa   makaronima, dodajte malo začina C i bibera, pospite bosiljkom i podelite   na četiri jednaka dela. Ovako pripremljene makarone rasporedite na   četiri velika lista kolačarskog papira. Formirajte paketiće i pecite pet   minuta u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni. Nakon što je prokuhano i dok je još uvijek vruće time prelijte paprike koje ste stavili u veću šerpu. To poklopite i pustite da prenoći. Nakon jedne noći paprike poredajte u tegle, prelijte vodom u kojoj su provele noć i stavite celofan i poklopac. Nakon toga narezati na manje cvjetiće. Brokulu je zatim potrebno blanširati u kipućoj vodi koju prethodno treba posoliti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;U vodu dodati i dvije kašike ulja. Nakon toga procijedite vodu iz brokula.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preostalo ulje naspite u tavu te zagrijte. Potom ubacite brokule u tavu i pospite ih vegetom. Brokule treba kratko pržiti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gustin i đumbir pomiješati u 100 ml vode te dodati u tavu sa brokulama. Luk isjeckajte sitno, dodajte so,biber,vegetu malo ulja te sve pomijesajte sa mesom. Jufku razvucite kao i za ostale savijace.&lt;br /&gt;Jufku sijecite u kocke velicine 20/20 cm. Na sredinu izsjecene kocke, stavite pripremljenu smijesu od piletine i zacina. Probajte da prebacujete jufku preko mesa tako da dobijete otprilike manju kocku velicine 5/5 cm. Poredajte pripremljene kocke u pouljen pleh. Pecite oko 45 min. Zalijte sa 1/2 l, kljucale vode,koju ste predhodno malo posolili i malo bolje po uljili. Kada pitu zalijete, pokrijteje sa drugim plehom da nebi ostala tvrdja. Mrkvu očistimo, ostale dvije mrkve sklonimo, izrežemo na kolutove, u malo slane vode pirjamo dok ne omekšaju, ostale izgnječimo, dodamo sol, papar, muškatni oraščić i na laganoj vatri, na malo maslaca i malo šećera pustimo da sav sok ispari. Još dok je toplo dodamo polovicu ribanog sira, pomiješamo i stavimo u kalup za tortu. Dvije mrkve, koje smo sklonili, sada narežemo na tanke komade i u krugovima poslažemo po nadjevu, dodamo ostatak maslaca, pospemo ribanim sirom, vratimo rubove tijesta, premažemo žumancem i u zagrijanoj pećnici pečemo 15-20 minuta. Počekamo nekoliko minuta prije nego što skinemo kalup, zatim služimo odmah, siječemo kao tortu. Očistite i isecite na tanke trake kelj, pa ga poparite vrelom vodom i ostavite da se ocedi. U proključalu vodu spustite i kelj i krompir i ostavite da se krčka 20-tak minuta. Dodajte i izgnječen beli luk i kim. Napravite zapršku od masti i brašna, dodajte na kolutove sečen crni luk, i dinstajte na tihoj vatri. Ovo dodajte u lonac sa keljom i krompirom i ostavite da se kuva još 20-tak minuta. Na prsni dio poredamo režnjeve slanine i pričvrstimo čačkalicom. Kapulu, mrkvu i celer narežemo na veće komade. Maslac zagrijemo u posudi te fazana malo popržimo. Dodamo povrće i izgnječene bobice brinje. Sve skupa peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 200 °C oko 35 minuta. Skinemo slaninu i fazana pećemo još 10 minuta. Fazana nakon toga izvadimo iz posude. Staviti na vatru nekoliko žlica ulja, dodati sjeckani luk i pržiti ga da postane staklast. Dodati, prije nego što luk počne rumenjeti, bakalar uvaljan u brašno i ostaviti ga da porumeni. Okrenuti komadiće bakalara i ispeći ih i s druge strane. Preliti ribu mlijekom i nastaviti kuhati na sasvim tihoj vatri. Kuhati oko 2 sata, povremeno protresti posudu da se bakalar ne zalijepi za dno. Na tri četvrtine kuhanja dodati ribi sjeckani peršin i češnjak, te filete slane ribe. Razblažiti s malo ulja i dovršiti kuhanje u pećnici na 175oC. Te male buce ostviti da stoje oko 2 sata, namazati ih odgore belancetom (ne zumance) i posupti krupnom soli ili susamom. Peci na 170 stepeni mora da ostanu boje karamele. Peku se brzo. Onda istresti sos u povrce i izmjesati tako da se sjedini masa. Jagnjeće meso bez kosti oprati i obariti nekoliko minuta. Meso staviti u vodu u kojoj se pasulj kuvao, zatim se treba dodati so, crni biber, suva isjeckana slatka i ljuta paprika, 5 češnja bijelog luka istucanog. Kad meso i ostali sastojci provriju treba dodati pasulj. Isjeckani crveni luk i isjeckani kisjeli kupus dinstati u masnoći dok ne porumeni, kad je luk i kupus porumenio dodati navedene začine. Luk i kupus dodati u šerpu gde se pasulj i meso kuvao i dobro promiješati. Jelo ne smije da bude ni rijetko ni previše gusto, nego čorbasto. U zemljanu posudu staviti malo istopljenog maslaca i poredati isjeckan krompir, zatim iz šerpe u zemljanu posudu dodati meso, pasulj, luk, kupus začine i svu tečnost. Nakon toga zemljanu posudu pokriti folijom ili pergament papirom i pokriti poklopcem i staviti u ne zagrijanu rernu da slučajno zemljana posuda nebi pukla. Rernu uključiti na 220° i pustiti dok se zagrije. Podeliti na 4 manje loptice. Svaku rastanjiti u pljeskavicu. Na polovinu svake staviti malo izdrobljenog belog sira i preklopiti. Ivice dobro sastaviti da sir ne iscuri. Stavite konzervu ananasa u zdjelu, procijedite. Pomočite piškote u sok od ananasa iz konzerve pa slažite u zdjelu koju ste obložili folijom. Redajte red piškota, red vrhnja, red komadića ananasa, red piškota.... sve dok ne utrošite materijal (piškoti moraju biti na vrhu. Tortu ostavite u hladnjak da prenoći. MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_WesntQY0_lA/R6iJ1ekPWII/AAAAAAAAAAg/9BOEDsgJJ8o/s320/paradajzjuha.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prvi recept u mojoj maloj kuhinji jest juha od paradajza:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sastojci :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 žlice maslinova ulja&lt;br /&gt;1 luk (narezan)&lt;br /&gt;2 crvene paprike&lt;br /&gt;1 zelena paprika&lt;br /&gt;4 velika oljuštena paradajza&lt;br /&gt;2 žličice smeđeg šećera (ili 1/2 žličice bijelog)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Priprema:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;U loncu se zagrije ulje u tavi i prži se luk na slaboj vatri samo da postane staklast, da ne požuti niti zagori. Doda se nasjeckana paprika i dinsta se na laganoj vatri cca 10-15 minuta uz miješanje. Na to se baci nasjeckan paradajz (sa svim sokom) i šećer i sve se dinsta dok ne omekša. Na kraju se po želji doda voda (tko hoće juhu, a bez vode to izgleda kao varivo) i jede se s preprženim kockicama kruha.
